ERP/CRM Consultant

We are seeking a highly technical ERP/CRM Consultant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, customization, and integration of ERP and CRM platforms to align with business and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience translating stakeholder needs into detailed business and technical documentation, developing client-side scripts, managing system configurations, and supporting API-based integrations across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and gather functional and technical requirements to develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Based on general knowledge.
• Configure and customize ERP and CRM platforms to support business workflows, data management, reporting, and user requirements. Based on general knowledge.
• Develop and maintain client-side scripting solutions to enhance system functionality, user experience, and front-end process automation. Based on general knowledge.
• Support API integrations between ERP/CRM systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring reliable data exchange and system interoperability. Based on general knowledge.
• Manage configuration changes, version control, and deployment processes in alignment with configuration management best practices. Based on general knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable system solutions. Based on general knowledge.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend technical solutions for platform optimization and performance improvement. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of enhancements, integrations, and system changes. Based on general knowledge.
• Provide ongoing support for system upgrades, process improvements, and platform governance. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar enterprise applications role. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong background in client-side scripting within ERP, CRM, or web-based business applications. Based on general knowledge.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translating business needs into technical deliverables. Based on general knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management processes, change control, and release coordination. Based on general knowledge.
• Knowledge of API architecture, web services, and system integration methodologies including REST and/or SOAP. Based on general knowledge.
• Ability to work across both functional and technical teams in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.
