Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Specialist to support daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and help maintain efficient workflow. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate or support production equipment and workflows
• Monitor output for quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Perform routine documentation and recordkeeping
• Assist with inventory, packaging, labeling, or shipping preparation
• Follow safety procedures and escalate production issues when needed

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand, lift, or perform repetitive tasks as needed
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
