Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Fredericksburg, TX 78624, US Contract
Compensation: $21 to $25 Hourly

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in a dynamic hospitality environment. This individual will serve as a trusted point of coordination, helping manage schedules, communications, priorities, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, detail oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling logistics. Serve as a gatekeeper by screening calls, emails, and inquiries while prioritizing urgent matters. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, reservations, and meeting preparations. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and confidential documentation. Assist with organizing, streamlining, and decluttering workflows, files, and administrative processes. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Track projects, deadlines, follow-up items, and action plans to ensure timely completion. Act as a liaison between leadership, employees, vendors, clients, and external partners. Support event planning, meetings, and special projects as needed. Coordinate vendor communications, service appointments, and administrative logistics. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish, including written and verbal correspondence.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous administrative, executive support, or coordinator experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. detail oriented and service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred Traits Highly organized and skilled at creating structure in fast-paced environments. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues. Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable managing changing priorities. Strong relationship-building skills and a high level of professionalism. Resourceful and able to handle a wide variety of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Compensation

$21.00-$25.00 Hourly
