Customer Service Representative

We're partnering with a growing consumer products company that's expanding its Customer Experience team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll become a trusted resource for customers by providing timely support, resolving questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and online customer inquiries
• Assist customers with orders, product information, returns, and account updates
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Administrative Responsibilities

• Update customer records within CRM software
• Process orders, returns, and service requests
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with special projects and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
