Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process requests, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, products, or services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Meet individual and team performance goals for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer support systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Compensation
