HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of human resources experience and a strong background in managing the full cycle of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle human resources operations
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance to leadership
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Lead recruiting efforts and support hiring initiatives
- Coordinate payroll processes
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience required
- Experience handling full-cycle human resources responsibilities
- Strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, and payroll coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in an HRIS system required
- Prior experience using Paycom is a very big plus
- Experience working within a manufacturing or service company is a plus
- Must be available to start ASAP
Compensation
