National Account Manager

Robert Half is partnering with an established and growing organization in Fresno that is seeking a National Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with national accounts

✅ Manage projects from initial request through production, delivery, and installation

✅ Coordinate with estimating, design, production, purchasing, and installation teams

✅ Oversee project timelines, approvals, documentation, and customer communication

✅ Proactively resolve challenges while ensuring an outstanding customer experience

✅ Conduct customer meetings, project reviews, and site visits as needed

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

✔️ 3+ years of account management, project management, or similar experience

✔️ Experience supporting multi-location retail programs, remodels, rebranding initiatives, healthcare systems, convenience stores, grocery chains, or other multi-site environments

✔️ Background in print, signage, graphics, branded environments, architectural film, construction-related project management, or production environments is highly preferred

✔️ Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP systems (PACE is a plus)

✔️ Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship management skills
