IN PERSON Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable In-Person Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide support in a face-to-face environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people and creating a positive customer experience. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer questions about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, or service requests accurately
• Maintain customer records and update information in company systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service and issue resolution
• Keep the front desk, lobby, or service area organized and presentable
• Follow company procedures and service standards during all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, front desk, retail, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
