Qualifications:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or staffing environments. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for administrative, customer service, HR, accounting, or detail oriented-level roles. Experience with passive candidate sourcing techniques. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
