People Operations Coordinator
A growing technology and professional services company is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through career development. This role blends Human Resources administration, employee support, onboarding, and operational coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their HR career.
You'll work alongside an experienced People Operations team while helping build programs that support employee engagement, organizational growth, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
People Operations
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Process employment changes, promotions, and organizational updates
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Support employee engagement programs and company events
Recruiting & Administrative Support
- Coordinate interviews and hiring schedules
- Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
- Track recruiting metrics and HR reporting
- Assist with compliance audits and special HR projects
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, or office administration
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, UKG, or Paylocity
- HR certifications such as aPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar are welcomed but not required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a positive employee experience
Compensation
