Bilingual Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
• Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing correspondence
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Respond to routine inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department
• Maintain office supplies and assist with basic office coordination tasks
• Support other departments with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy office environment
