HR Generalist
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about people and HR? We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Fort Myers! In this role, you'll support all aspects of Human Resources, including onboarding, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
What You'll Do:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support recruiting and hiring activities
- Assist with benefits and HRIS administration
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with managers on employee relations and performance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of human resources experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
