Bilingual Payroll Clerk - Spanish
Robert Half is partnering with a growing hospitality organization seeking a Bilingual Payroll Clerk (Spanish/English) to support day-to-day payroll operations in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone with early payroll experience looking to grow their career within hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried hospitality employees accurately and on schedule
- Review timecards, attendance records, and payroll adjustments for accuracy
- Respond to employee payroll questions and provide support in both English and Spanish
- Assist with onboarding updates, employee records, and payroll changes
- Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit requests
- Partner with HR and accounting teams to ensure timely payroll processing and compliance
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Experience supporting high-volume employee populations preferred
- Paycom experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
