Human Resources Generalist

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its growing HR team. This position offers the opportunity to partner with leaders across multiple departments while supporting the full employee lifecycle. We're looking for someone who enjoys balancing compliance, employee relations, recruiting, and day-to-day HR operations in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations
• Maintain personnel files and HRIS records
• Process employee status changes, compensation updates, and promotions
• Assist with leave administration and benefits coordination
• Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies

Talent Acquisition & Employee Development

• Coordinate recruiting activities and interview scheduling
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation
• Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
• Assist leadership with performance management documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Working knowledge of California labor laws and employment practices
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now, UKG, Paylocity, BambooHR, or similar HRIS platforms
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
