Events Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once, and enjoys working with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate, client, and internal events from start to finish.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Source and manage venues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate event registration, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and delivered on time.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
- Resolve issues that arise before or during events.
- Gather attendee feedback and prepare post-event reports.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts when needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience coordinating events or related activities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required for events.
Compensation
