Job Title: Contract Entry-Level Accounting Clerk

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to support the accounting team with administrative and transactional accounting tasks. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation in accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting records
• File, scan, and organize financial documents
• Help reconcile statements and support account reviews
• Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking
• Maintain accurate records and update accounting information in the system
• Support the accounting team with special projects and administrative tasks
• Provide general clerical support to the finance department

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Recent grads encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
