The Department of Mechanical Engineering seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Faculty Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. The Mechanical Engineering Department offers programs leading to BS and MS degrees and participates in the College of Engineering’s Ph.D. degree program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate level courses. Duties will vary with the specific courses being taught.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree required.
  • The applicant must be committed to excellence in engineering education.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • An earned doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely allied discipline is strongly preferred
  • Previous teaching experience preferred.
