This role oversees the daily supply chain operations and team execution across inventory management, procurement coordination, and material flow and ensures accurate inventory, strong service levels, and efficient working capital performance while resolving operational issues. It also partners cross-functionally to align execution with business needs, supports data-driven decision-making through reporting, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily supply chain operations across inventory control, procurement coordination, and material flow
- Assign and monitor team work to ensure execution of planning processes, inventory policies, and service targets
- Identify and resolve material constraints related to space, equipment, or labor
- Monitor inventory performance metrics (e.g., turns, accuracy, scrap) and address issues impacting operations
- Oversee compliance with regulatory, export, and documentation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency gains

Qualifications
- 3+ year of experience supply chain, inventory, or operations experience
- 1+ years’ experience supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in Supply Chain or related field. Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Microsoft Excel certification (or equivalent proficiency)
- Analytics Tool subject expert (PowerBI, SQL, Smartsheet etc)
- APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM or CSCP) (strongly preferred)
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) (strongly preferred)
- Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) (strongly preferred)
- Experienced leader of a team with proven success in continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no guidance, including making decisions which may be outside standard operating procedures
- Demonstrated understanding of the entire supply chain to better understand and communicate the impact of supply disruptions upstream
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and generate meaningful insights for the management team
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Advanced computer skills with MS Office applications, ERP, etc.
