What you will do:

• Complete andmaintainall required training.

• Perform comprehensive field audits of completed gas linelocatesto ensure accuracy and adherence toclientspecifications, mapping, and procedures.

• Reviewlocatemarks, equipmentuse, and documentation for compliance with applicable state one-call laws andclientstandards.

• Identifymissing, incorrect, or incomplete markings andinitiatecorrective action.

• Validate map accuracy, facility depth, and facility placement when needed using approved locating tools or visual verification methods.

• Monitor and document compliance with excavation safety standards, including tolerance zones and proper marking practices.

• Conduct follow-up audits after reporteddamageor near-misses to assess root causes and recommend improvements.

• Partner with Damage Prevention leadership to ensure consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Maintain detailed records of audit findings, corrective actions, and quality scores.

• Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, project managers, andclientrepresentatives to resolve issues and strengthen damage prevention efforts.

• Completeaccurateaudit reports using company systems, photos, and required documentation.

• Communicate deficiencies and corrective actions promptly to leadership and field teams.

• Positions selfto access tools and materials in various locations.

• Traverses job sites having uneven terrain, slopes, confined spaces, or reinforced trenches.

• Moves materials weighing up to 75 pounds periodically.

• Conducts visual assessments of task quality and job site safety.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

• Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelorsdegree preferred).

• Experience:

• 13 years of experience in utilitylocating,damage prevention, natural gas distribution, or related field.

• 57 years in construction, excavation, site safety, and damage prevention.

• Familiarity with natural gas systems and related regulations (CFR 192).

• Licenses/Certifications:

• Possession of a valid drivers license with acleandriving record and the ability tooperatea motor vehicleisrequired.

• Software:

• Microsoft Suite Products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc).

• Working Conditions/Schedule/Location:

• Primarily field-based role must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Must be able to work onsite at a WSB office, as needed, as required by the project, client, or hiring manager.

• Reliable transportation required and the ability to travel daily within assigned territory.

• Travel may berequired.
