Starting Pay: $24.96 Base salary with potential increases depending on education and experience.

Position Purpose: The HR Associate - Recruiter position is responsible for facilitating an effective recruiting process for MHR.

A few responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Job advertisement placement and posting.
  2. Conduct phone interviews, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants’ qualifications.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with a broad variety of recruitment sources, including sources for minority candidates.
  4. Recommend and attend job fairs.
  5. Complete criminal background checks and employment verifications for job applicants.
  6. Track all applicant data in applicant tracking database; maintain files of applicant resumes.
  7. Enter new hire information in the Human Resources System database.
  8. Complete weekly reports on employment activities.
  9. Monitor effectiveness of recruiting and hiring processes and recommend changes when needed.
  10. Communicate with supervisors regarding employee performance review due dates.
  11. Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Education and Experience

Associate degree and/or four years of related experience or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
