We are seeking an experienced Sr. Wealth Advisor – Team Lead to provide office leadership, investment guidance, trust and estate planning coordination, and relationship management services to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciary clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, demonstrated leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. 

This individual will join an established wealth management team that includes an experienced CFP® professional and Trust Officer. Success in this role requires a highly collaborative approach, working closely with internal partners to deliver integrated planning, investment, trust, and fiduciary solutions that place clients’ needs at the center of every recommendation.

As the Sr. Wealth Advisor – Team Lead of CNTF you will:

  • Partner closely with the CFP® professional and Trust Officer to develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies to Greater Sarasota and Florida West Gulf Coast communities. 
  • Foster a team-based approach to client service, leveraging the expertise of planning, trust, investment, and banking professionals.
  • Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the client experience and strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Ensures customer experience is being delivered exceptionally to each CNB Wealth client.

  • Combines technical expertise, business development success, and leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.
  • Team-Orientated Relationship Manager, that understands that the best client outcomes are achieved through teamwork.
  • Energized by partnering with fellow professionals to deepen client relationships and grow the overall wealth management practice.
  • A bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA preferred, but not required.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in similar roles.

    Compensation – $125,500 - $155,500, plus performance based incentive.
    The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
