We are actively seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our valued customer, CORE Consulting. This role will be dedicated full-time role focusing on commodity sourcing and long-lead equipment management.
This is a high-impact, remote role designed for an early- to mid-career professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and acts as a driver of action—not a passive participant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, with a focus on commodities sourcing and purchasing
- Oversee long-lead equipment ordering, ensuring timely delivery aligned to project timelines
- Analyze supply markets, pricing trends, and vendor performance to inform sourcing strategies
- Partner with internal stakeholders to anticipate demand and mitigate supply risks
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Actively contribute to meetings with insights, recommendations, and questions
- Act as a thought partner to procurement leadership
- Maintain vendor relationships and support contract activities
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of direct supply chain experience
- Experience in procurement of commodities
- Experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply planning
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in cross-functional or client-facing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy sector or related industries
- Exposure to global sourcing or distributed supplier networks
- Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP platforms
Work Environment
- 100% remote
- Must align with US business hours
