Project Manager
$104,075 - $139,485 annually + excellent benefits
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with public facility improvements within the State of California and will demonstrate excellence in delivering facility-related maintenance and minor capital improvement projects. They will be knowledgeable in HVAC, mechanical systems, and general facility lifecycle management practices; possess excellent communication skills, interact effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members; and will be able to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and deliver projects including scoping, design coordination, contract administration, construction oversight, warranty management, and transition of completed projects into ongoing maintenance.
