Business Execution Associate -Safe Deposit Services

In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of branch event programs, initiatives, and operational activities, including branch closures, relocations, consolidations, emergency drills, and past due safe deposit box events
- Provide on-site support for safe deposit box entry activities, inventory validation, content handling, and customer impact mitigation
- Partner closely with Branch Channel Management (BCM), branch leadership, regional management, vendors, and internal business partners to ensure successful execution of branch event activities
- Coordinate branch event planning, scheduling, communications, and operational readiness activities
- Review and execute procedures, policy requirements, process improvements, and technology enhancements that support efficient branch event execution
- Monitor operational performance, identify process efficiencies, and escalate issues or risks as appropriate
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, best practices, and business initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, branch partners, and cross-functional business teams to support operational and customer-focused outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and control requirements associated with safe deposit box operations and branch activities
- Support travel-based field operations across multiple locations as business needs require
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of retail banking experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of bank safe deposit box processes
- Experience as a Regional Services Consultant (RSC) or equivalent branch operations support role, with knowledge of Branch Channel Management (BCM) processes and branch event activities, including branch closures, relocations, consolidations, and customer-impact initiatives
- Experience partnering with branch leadership, vendors, and cross-functional business partners to support operational initiatives and branch events
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with business and functional partners
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, policies, processes, and procedures
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Regional Bank Service and Platform
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
- Ability to work in branch, vault, and field environments as required
- Strong physical capabilities may be needed, including moving supplies, standing for extended periods, and navigating branch and vault environments
- Ability to support branch closures, relocations, consolidations, emergency events, and other operational initiatives that may require flexible scheduling, including overnight travel and occasional weekend support
- Ability to work effectively with branch leadership, Branch Channel Management partners, vendors, and customers during high-impact branch events

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$68,000.00 - $114,000.00Benefits
