This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and the professionalism to manage sensitive information with discretion. You will support a variety of administrative activities, special projects, and meeting coordination while adapting to changing priorities with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sophisticated and highly fluid calendar coordination, including scheduling and arranging meetings with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare documents of a confidential and sensitive nature including presentations, memos and correspondence, expense reports.
  • Update files, documents and navigation maps in our TEAMs groups.
  • Closely partner with internal teams to build and distribute pre-reads and training materials
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements and expense report management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing and innovating on current technology platforms, including; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Concur, SharePoint, Teams, Workday, Our Source, e-Marketplace, and the use and integration of generative AI personal productivity tools (e.g. MS Copilot).
  • Achieve results in the absence of day-to-day direction.
  • Maintain office environment and serving as single point of contact for the Global Data Science, Global Precision Medicine Strategy & Execution teams.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercising independent discretion and judgment to seek resolution of complex problems.
  • Provide support for large departmental and group meetings (i.e. department meetings and global summits) including logistical support, meeting room space, catering requirements, AV support, agenda support.
  • The Senior Assistant may scan e-mail for executives and highlight items for review or action.
  • The Senior Assistant may provide back up support to the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Commercial Global Data, Digital, and AI Officer.
  • Handle external partner relationships and facilitate contracting efforts as needed.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior management and high school diploma is required.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
  • The ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and operate with patience and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with independent ability to assess and resolve complex situations and shift priorities as needed.
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and collect or prepare information for executive review and action is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Experience supporting a large organization is highly desired.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$52,500.00 - $84,525.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
