The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the IT Project Manager. This position is remote.
This role is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.

The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) provides entry-level support for the Oracle Cloud HCM migration, assisting with testing, documentation, and coordination activities across the technical workstream.

The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) provides entry-level support for the Oracle Cloud HCM migration, assisting with testing, documentation, and coordination activities across the technical workstream.
Key Responsibilities
- Support test preparation and execution for Oracle HCM modules
- Assist with data validation, entry, and tracking of migration activities
- Maintain documentation, logs, and system artifacts
- Track issues and support follow-up for resolution
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT workstream
- Assist with reporting on testing progress and system readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–1 years of experience in IT, data, or systems support (internships acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise systems or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools
