IT Specialist (Senior Consultant I) - Oracle Cloud HCM

The IT Specialist (Senior Consultant I) is fully remote and will report to the Program Manager.
This role is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.
Role Summary
The IT Specialist (Senior Consultant I) serves as a task lead supporting technical execution of the migration from the current HR system to Oracle Cloud HCM, with responsibility for coordinating integration, data, and testing activities across workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day technical tasking supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and migration lifecycle
  • Coordinate system integration activities between Oracle HCM and external systems
  • Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts
  • Lead portions of testing (SIT/UAT), including defect tracking and issue resolution coordination
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, interface inventories, and technical artifacts
  • Analyze system requirements and support translation into functional/technical solutions
  • Provide guidance to junior IT staff and support quality reviews of deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting IT systems or system implementations
  • Experience supporting enterprise system deployments or migrations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or other SaaS HR systems
  • Experience with system integration, APIs, or data migration
  • Oracle Cloud Foundations Associate or Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred)
