Subcontract Administrator

Facility Services, Inc. (FSI) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Subcontract Administrator to support one of our strategic partners in delivering critical Base Operations Support Services at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Job Summary

ASubcontract Administratoris responsible for acquiring, managing, and monitoring subcontracts to support a company's projects. This role ensures that subcontractors meet contractual obligations, comply with regulations, and deliver goods or services on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts and procurement agreements
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
Monitor subcontractor performance, including progress, quality, and payments.
Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Maintain organized records of all subcontracts and related documentation.
Resolve disputes or issues arising during the subcontracting process.
Conduct audits and assessments of subcontractor compliance and performance.
Manage contract modifications, extensions, and closeouts.
Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the subcontract.
Prepare reports on subcontractor performance and contract status for senior management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to threeyearsrelated experiencein subcontract administration; or equivalent combination ofeducation,trainingand experience.

Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and ITAR regulations.

Will also have knowledge and general proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other required software that is used at the job site.

Experience in O&M to include support of a work force that is responsible for O&M and repair of all facility systems, subsystems, and selected equipment typically found in a Base Operating Services contract.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Must be able to pass a company drug screen and background check. Must possess a valid state driver's license and insurable driving record.
