Inside Account Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address issues or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to increase customer engagement and sales opportunities.
