We're building a tight, professional crew of movers and drivers who want steady work, good pay, and a real team.

Here's what you can expect for starting compensation:

• $17–$23/hr starting base (W‑2) based on experience
• Tips on most jobs (top crews regularly add several dollars per hour)
• Bonuses available on every job.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

Role Breakdown:

As a Lead Mover & Driver, you are the point person on the truck. You’ll drive our box trucks, lead a small crew on each job, and make sure every move is safe, efficient, and 5‑star for the customer.

What you'll do:

• Safely drive 26 ft box trucks to and from customer locations (no CDL required)
• Lead a crew of movers on residential and small commercial moves
• Load, protect, and secure furniture and boxes to prevent damage
• Direct the crew on packing, loading, unloading, and placement of items
• Communicate with customers on arrival time, game plan, and any issues
• Complete basic paperwork / app checklists for each job
• Follow all Limestone safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Can start with no experience. We provide training.
  • Preferably 1+ year in moving, delivery, warehouse, or other physical labor role
  • Prior crew lead / team lead experience is a plus
• License & Driving:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Austin shop
  • Clean or near‑clean driving record
• Physical:
  • Able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Character:
  • On time, every time
  • Calm with customers, clear with your crew
  • Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
