Bachelor's degree in a related area plus five years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of experience in management to equal a minimum of 9 years.

Major/Essential Functions
- Leads a team of Epic analyst responsible for designing, building, and supporting Epic applications to enhance clinical workflows and patient care.
- Bridges the gap between technical IT teams and clinical leadership
- Guides the team in resolving critical application issues and ensure all Epic configurations comply with regulatory standards
- Sets and monitors performance metrics (KPIs) for team tasks, such as ticket resolution times and project deliverables.
