About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an On-Call Stylist to join our Photo Studio team, on an as-needed basis. This individual will work closely with our Styling Team, Studio staff, Creative, Merchandising and Production partners to maintain the quality creation of still and motion fashion imagery and associated styling processes and guidelines across brands and disciplines. 

This role supports both Editorial and eCommerce photography/video and plays a key role in ensuring visual consistency, fit integrity, and elevated styling standards across all brand expressions.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities 
· Lead and execute style-out and on-set styling for on-figure and laydown for high-volume eCommerce and seasonal editorial campaigns, ensuring elevated brand expression and creative alignment.
· Prepare, organize, and style merchandise to support efficient daily production workflows.
· Partner with stylists, tailors, product preppers, and studio teams to maintain production schedules and quality expectations.
· Partner with Styling Team and tailors during fittings, providing tailoring direction, ensuring proper fit per brand.
· Collaborate with photographers, photo art directors, producers, merchandise coordinators, and the Styling Team to execute styling for eCommerce, editorial, and marketing productions.
· Adapt quickly to changing priorities, production schedules, and creative direction.
· Maintain organization of styling tools, merchandise, and work areas throughout production.
· Deliver consistent styling quality while meeting production timelines and daily goals.
· Travel as needed for location shoots


What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

· College degree or equivalent experience relevant to fashion styling.
· 5–7+ years of professional styling experience in eCommerce, editorial, or commercial photography.
· A strong portfolio showcasing on-figure and laydown/tabletop styling work across relevant production environments.
· Demonstrated experience in on-figure and laydown/tabletop styling; menswear experience preferred.
· Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of composition, color, garment fit, construction, fabric, material, and styling techniques.
· Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet product calendar deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to build relationships, work independently with minimal supervision, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
· Proficient Mac user with experience in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Willingness and ability to travel as required

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from our Dublin, California office.


Compensation rate of $100 to $106.25 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
