Reporting directly to the Facilities Services and Sustainability Director, this position:

| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | MS Windows/Office; MS Project; SAP; KRONOS Driver’s License — Preferred Demonstrated experience as a specialized locksmith, security technician, vehicle servicing technician, forensic investigations expertise, and fire door inspection disciplines — highly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate hand and poser tools; Familiarity with local building, fire, and life safety codes as well as ADA standards. |
