The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions. These could include, but are not limited to:
Planning orders, filing inventories, tracking ongoing orders
Keep records organized on information about supplies and experiment results
Coordinate lab functions to ensure continuous smooth operation of the lab
Coordinate calendar and organize meetings for PI
Preparing drafts and/or finalizing diverse letters and documents related to grant applications, coordinating lab website
Supporting PI in organizing his teaching and course director duties including contacting instructors, collecting homework and exam questions, contacting students, etc.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
