Responsibilities

Provides cloud architecture development services as part of its DevOps services contract.

The cloud architecture design and migration strategy include the following elements:

  • Development of new AWS cloud architecture for the entire organization
  • Migration services of legacy data centers (on-premise, Rackspace, and AWS) into single high performing architecture to a redundant AWS test/dev, pilot and production environment.
  • DevOps with all application teams
  • SysOps and monitoring support
  • Security
  • Online/Helpdesk Support
  • Cloud strategy development
  • Data Lake
  • Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics


Qualifications

Below are highly desirable or must have skills/tools.

  • AWS Services
  • VPC, EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, Security Hub
  • DevOPS
  • Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Monitoring Stacks
  • Prometheus/Grafana
  • Pingdom
  • AWS Monitoring services
  • Languages (Familiarity)
  • Coding Experience
  • Java
  • Python
  • Database and Datawarehouse
  • RDS, Postgres
  • DynamoDB, Redshift
  • 24x7 Support and Operation (experience)
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • On-call support for 1 week in a month

  • Security (Imperva) Framework – WAF/ABP
  • Rancher v2 (Container Orchestration)
