Monadnock Family Services (MFS) is looking for certified and licensed registered nurse who is experienced and interested in Quality Improvement. Our dedicated and highly skilled team members specialize in psychiatric outpatient services for adults and children throughout the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Quality Improvement initiatives and principles who prioritizes safe, high-quality care and enjoys working with patients, their families, and as a member of a interdisciplinary team. Health Services team members include physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing services to patients of MFS.
- Develop and oversee quality improvement initiatives within MFS’ Health Services Department. These projects may be done in collaboration with the MFS Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance.
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience
- Experience with quality improvement principles and methodologies
- Experience in community mental health or integrated care settings
- Demonstrated understanding of PDSA cycles
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to analyze clinical and performance data to support quality improvement initiatives and inform practice changes
- Experience supporting regulatory, accreditation, or managed care reporting initiatives related to quality and performance metrics
- Working knowledge of HEDIS performance measures and National Quality Forum (NQF) endorsed measures, including their application in community mental health and integrated care settings
- Demonstrated experience using an electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) in both administrative and clinical capacities, including documentation review, reporting, workflow optimization, and quality monitoring
- Experience with DMAIC methodology

- Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
