The Defense Sector at Leidos is seeking a highly proficient Fielding and Logistics Lead to support the CECOM, ILSC, Acquisition Support Branch at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
This position will also serve as the TCNO Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Coordinator responsible for providing Data Interchange through various other Product Managers and the Communications Security Logistics Activity (CSLA), to include all Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) needed for TPF; responsible for coordination through TYAD to rectify issues related to GFE; responsible for generating reports of accountability of all GFE for TPF and test assets. Liaison between government and contractor regarding inquiries as it pertains to GFE in direct support of PdM TCNO program. Serves as the Lead responsible for all accountability transactions and documents for the Army’s Total Package Fielding (TPF); responsible for ensuring all DA Form 3161 (Request for Turn-In and Issue), DA Form 2062, DA Form 1687 (Delegation of Authority), and all Assumption of Command Orders are received, complete and accurate for each fielding. Responsible for ensuring all TPF documents are complete and accepted by the units Property Book Officer (PBO). Serves as Logistics Specialist providing shipping document development and tracking (both commercial and Government shipments), reset turn-ins through the Defense Reutilization Management Organization (DRMO), requests/tracking of Military interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and credit card requests for the program and fielding sites. Work with the Government staff to ensure all logistics and audit requirements are met, ensuring success for both the Government and Leidos.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the integrated logistics support planning, program budget development and fielding and support of new equipment for CPI2.
- Serves as Project Lead for Field Support Teams.
- Coordinates and develops Fielding plans to include equipment training, schedules, and logistics.
- Works closely with government customer providing mission briefs, support data, and recommendations to support mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 or more years relevant experience, or 8 years related experience in liue of the degree requirement
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
- Fielding network communications equipment to various CONUS and OCONUS locations for extended period of time.
- Must have a working knowledge of US Army Logistics systems and processes
- Experience Fielding CPI2 equipment
- Knowledge Army Materiel Command (AMC), and Life Cycle Management (LCM) integrated logistics support policies, practices, methodologies
- Must possess the ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Candidates will be US Citizens with a valid driver's license
- Experience in coordinating, planning, and fielding operations within the Department of Defense and knowledge of military organizational dynamics.
- Candidates must have strong organization and communication skills and be proficient with MS Office products.
- Competency in communication, leadership, and logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management
- Ability to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS)
- Must be able to travel OCONUS when required

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
