The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has a career opportunity for a Property Asset Coordinator supporting the PSS-T program in Bridgewater, VA. Leidos is the Product Support Management and Logistics Lead for an unmanned aerial intelligence platform located in various CONUS and OCONUS operational areas and depots. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) program.

Primary Responsibilities

The Property Asset Coordinator roll is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Property Task Lead in creating, manipulating, and analyzing data from spreadsheets with intermediate complexity for inventory control. Excel requirements include pivot tables, formulas, and unique formatting to assist with visualization of trends and anomalies. This position will assist with completing and reviewing forms, documentation, and presentations using Microsoft products. Some professional writing may be required for the position.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for entering all newly procured or transferred property to the property management system with accurate data elements and appropriate transaction documentation for auditability.
  • Assist with developing reports using database exports and data manipulation as necessary for PD Aerostats (our customer) to complete each GFP contract modification.
  • Assist with administration of SharePoint to maintain auditable property records, archiving old products and organizing filing system.
  • Follows workflows to ensure audit readiness and accurate data records for the entire life cycle of all government property accountable to the PSS-T program.
  • Ensure written standard operating procedures and program directives are updated when program changes occur.
  • Assist in handling onsite and offsite inventories and in comparing data against the current property records to determine potential discrepancies, losses, and found additions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user capable of writing formulas, pivot tables, or other advanced formatting from prior student or professional experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or relevant study.
  • Microsoft SharePoint Experience
  • Familiar with FAR/DFAR regulations and policies

Pay Range:

Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
