Workday Source to Pay
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design and implementation of advanced healthcare supply chain solutions to improve sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance.
• Utilize automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency and streamline payment processes.
• Manage and integrate traditional supply chain technologies such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay systems, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Evaluate, interpret, and organize complex data to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities and executing strategies to secure new clients and projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, including executives, to address issues, risks, and challenges.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and fostering collaboration.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project alignment and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance and risk management within supply chain operations.
