Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting financial operations, providing insights, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and experience with business systems. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

• Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly financial updates to provide timely insights for decision-making.

• Execute month-end close procedures, including reconciliation and reporting tasks.

• Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports to summarize performance and highlight key trends.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address business needs and support strategic planning.

• Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve cash flow processes.

• Utilize advanced Excel functionalities to optimize financial models and streamline reporting.

• Leverage knowledge of business systems to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
