Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment Division of Regulatory Services seeks a Research Analyst. The Regulatory Services division works to ensure regulation of quality of animal feed, fertilizer, seed, and raw milk so that Kentucky consumers have access to superior agricultural products. The Research Analyst plays a key role as part of this team. The position will conduct sample analysis, analyze samples, process data, maintain data records, perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, and accurately prepare calibration standards.

The Analyst position is essential for generating high-quality laboratory data that supports nutrient management recommendations provided through the UK Cooperative Extension Service. The position is also responsible for the analysis of soil service samples as well as regulatory samples for feed and fertilizer
