Customer Service Supervisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead daily support operations for a Contract position based in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who can guide a customer service team, maintain high service standards, and ensure efficient call center performance. The successful candidate will balance hands-on customer support with team leadership, helping drive consistent service quality and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day activities of the customer service team to support productivity, service quality, and response time goals.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to representatives to strengthen team effectiveness and customer interactions.
• Monitor call center workflows and staffing needs to help ensure smooth operations throughout each shift.
• Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism, working toward prompt and practical solutions.
• Review service metrics and team performance data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
• Promote strong customer care practices by reinforcing service expectations and accountability across the team.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to communicate priorities, resolve service issues, and support ongoing process updates.
