Contract Recruiter – Engineering & Technical Recruiting

Location: Hybrid – Twin Cities, MN (Arden Hills, Vadnais Heights, and Energy Park locations)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Fridays work from home

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility available)

Pay: $50–$60/hour

We're partnering with an innovative organization seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who loves sourcing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys tackling hard-to-fill technical roles.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top engineering and technical talent. The team is currently navigating organizational integration efforts, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and excited to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for engineering and technical positions
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment
