Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis and ad hoc reporting, to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze business performance.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret complex data sets for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the evaluation of financial strategies and recommend solutions for optimizing processes.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing accurate and timely financial data.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices within investment management operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Proven academic excellence with a GPA of 3.4 or higher from a reputable institution.
• Experience in financial services or Big 4 accounting firms is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools to analyze complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
