As a Front Desk Coordinator your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
• Oversee the reception area to ensure it remains orderly, attentive to detail, and responsive throughout the day.
• Welcome visitors upon arrival, determine their needs, and guide them to the appropriate person or location.
• Respond to guest questions in a courteous and timely manner, providing clear information and support.
• Address concerns or service issues with patience and care, escalating matters appropriately when needed.
• Monitor building entry communications through the intercom and verify access for individuals who do not use the building app.
• Maintain accurate front desk records, files, and basic data entry related to visitor activity and daily operations.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare communications, update information, and support administrative tasks.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by serving as a reliable and approachable point of contact for guests and residents.
