Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to support a busy office in Los Angeles, CA. This is a contract for 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent front desk coverage during regular business hours and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers.

• Welcome guests, guide them through arrival procedures, and ensure each interaction reflects a well-organized office environment.

• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and respond to routine questions with accuracy and courtesy.

• Coordinate visitor access, badges, parking arrangements, and related site protocols while handling sensitive situations with discretion.

• Manage conference room scheduling, support seating or hoteling requests, and help maintain smooth daily workplace operations.

• Prepare meeting spaces for use, monitor shared areas for appearance and cleanliness, and assist with refreshments or catering when needed.

• Work with internal teams and external service providers to support meetings, hospitality services, deliveries, and overall office coordination.

• Offer backup assistance for print, binding, and document preparation tasks during high-volume periods as requested.

• Lift and move office or meeting materials up to 25-30 pounds when required for event setup or operational support.
