Legal Scheduler

Location: Coral Gables, FL

A company in Coral Gables is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Legal Scheduler to support its litigation team by coordinating all aspects of attorney scheduling.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Coordinate calendars with attorneys, opposing counsel, court personnel, mediators, and court reporters.
• Monitor court deadlines and maintain accurate attorney calendars.
• Confirm appointments and provide scheduling updates as needed.
• Ensure all scheduling activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team as needed.
