Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead core accounting operations in Anaheim, California. This role will oversee financial reporting activities, maintain the accuracy of the general ledger, and guide the monthly close process from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, a hands-on approach to reconciliations and journal entries, and the ability to support audit readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly closing cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and financial records are complete and accurate.
• Manage general ledger activity by reviewing transactions, maintaining account integrity, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and review journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation and proper accounting treatment.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate variances to keep balances accurate and current.
• Coordinate documentation and schedules required for financial statement audits and respond to auditor requests.
• Monitor accounting processes and recommend improvements that strengthen controls and reporting accuracy.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and provide guidance to team members on best practices and priorities.
