Mailroom Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to support a busy team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and ensuring timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Responsibilities:

Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients

Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and coordinating shipments

Maintain accurate records of mail and delivery activity

Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters and package tracking systems

Coordinate with delivery vendors and internal teams to ensure timely distribution

Organize and maintain mailroom supplies and inventory levels

Assist with filing, document handling, and other basic administrative tasks

Follow established procedures to ensure secure and efficient mail handling
