Contracts Administrator

Overview

Growing technology company in Silicon Valley is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support high-volume commercial and vendor contracting. This role will partner closely with Legal, Procurement, and business teams to manage agreements in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role is hybrid with three days in office, located in San Jose.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting support, review, routing, and execution
• Administer high-volume agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, and procurement-related contracts
• Maintain and update contract management systems (CLM) to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Track key dates, renewals, and obligations to mitigate risk and support business continuity
• Partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely contract execution
• Support compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting related to contractual obligations
